Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our TeamSoft team for a temporary role (approximately 90 days). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, responding to service tickets, and setting up new equipment for onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support via phone or email to customers.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve technical issues.
  • Logging and managing customer requests from start to finish.
  • Guiding customers through problem-solving processes and providing excellent service.
  • Setting up and supporting tech equipment for customer onboarding.
  • Documenting issues and solutions in SharePoint/Microsoft Teams.
  • Installing, configuring, and supporting various software applications.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and tech equipment configuration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
