Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our TeamSoft team on a temporary basis (approximately 90 days). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer customer calls and respond to service tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Configure and set up new equipment for customer onboarding, including kiosks, tablets, and other tech equipment.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to resolve customer issues.
  • Log and manage customer requests from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Provide excellent customer service, guiding customers through problem-solving processes and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Document issues and solutions in SharePoint/Microsoft Teams, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Install, configure, and support various software applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in Information Technology or 1-3 years of related experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical customers.
  • Technical expertise in MS Office and tech equipment configuration, with a strong understanding of troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will be required to work onsite Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, and using hands. A professional appearance and grooming are also required.
