At HAMADEH EDUCATIONAL SERVICES, Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the school's administration and staff.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records. They will also assist with student enrollment, admissions, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle phone calls from parents, suppliers, and requests for information
  • Manage office supplies, files, correspondence, and reports as required by local and state authorities
  • Review, route, and respond to incoming mail
  • Scan, file, and process documents as requested
  • Assist admissions officer with student admissions and reporting requirements
  • Compose, type, and translate routine correspondence to parents
  • Input student data and records and generate statistical reports
Requirements:
  • Possess an Associate's Degree or higher in Business Management or Human Resources
  • Two years equivalent experience
  • Knowledgeable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Fluent in Arabic language is a plus
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in culturally diverse settings

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
