Job Title:
Administrative Coordinator

Job Overview:

An organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist our sales & service office in Kent, WA with diverse projects and provide general administrative support. This role contributes to the company's success and customer satisfaction by supporting the Purchasing Department and ensuring office equipment functions correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field incoming phone calls and route to the appropriate individuals.
- Provide effective and professional phone coverage and assist visitors in an efficient manner.
- Support the Purchasing Department with data and documentation flow.
- Greet and assist persons visiting the office.
- Copy and distribute prints (mail, e-mail, and fax) to other departments.
- Ensure office equipment functions correctly by calling for service when necessary.
- Print and distribute work orders from customers/coordinators.
- Collects and scans work order packets from the shop.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail.

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associates Degree Preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
