In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Define and implement communication strategies that resonate with customers and enhance their experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content that effectively conveys our value proposition and operational processes.
  • Develop strategic timelines and roadmaps to ensure project milestones are met while adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Streamline operations by influencing efficient processes and mechanisms.
  • Enhance the team's communication capabilities through meticulous content review and editorial guidance, strengthening the Private Pricing brand.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications strategy, including campaigns and executive communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content marketing or sales enablement, particularly in a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong editorial judgment with a proven track record of achieving business outcomes through effective content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing large-scale initiatives to successful completion.
