Position Overview: As a Communications Strategist within the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team, you will be responsible for defining and executing communication strategies that enhance customer engagement and program adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of communication programs tailored for customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create assets that effectively communicate value propositions and processes.
  • Establish work plans and timelines, demonstrating agility and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
  • Streamline operations by implementing efficient processes and mechanisms.
  • Enhance the team's communication capabilities through meticulous content review and editing.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in communications strategy, including campaign management and editorial content.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in content marketing or sales enablement within a B2B technology environment.
  • Strong editorial judgment with a proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective content.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing large-scale initiatives to successful completion.
