Position Overview:
This role is integral to our Beverage division, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Supply Planning. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive 78-week master production schedule weekly to meet inventory and service level targets.
2. Monitor alerts from APO or OMP to identify potential inventory issues across all planning horizons and coordinate resolution efforts.
3. Collaborate with Factory Supply Chain and third-party copackers to execute production plans effectively.
4. Maintain and develop SAP/APO/OMP Master Data, including materials, resources, and shift definitions.
5. Facilitate the Weekly Communications Demand/Supply Review and Ensure Supply meetings, as well as the Monthly Production Review, ensuring these processes are integral to planning and control.
6. Align with Manufacturing on factory operating conditions, including calendars and performance assumptions.
7. Propose solutions to meet customer demand while ensuring high service levels and freshness, all while minimizing costs.
8. Participate in integrated budget development, aligning demand plans, master schedules, factory schedules, and purchasing programs.
9. Work closely with internal co-packing and co-manufacturing teams to set up new co-packed items or modify existing ones.
10. Adjust short-term and intermediate schedules daily in response to market demands.
11. Engage in divisional task force workgroups as a representative of the department.
12. Lead short-term projects related to capacity studies, cost-saving initiatives, and other supply planning objectives.
13. Create and maintain reports summarizing inventory levels, capacity, service levels, and related issues to support key performance indicators.
14. Collaborate with the Purchasing group to resolve scheduling constraints and ensure raw material availability.
15. Serve as the divisional and factory contact for reporting needs, communicating closely with all Supply Chain groups to support Sales & Marketing objectives.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related business field.
- 3-5 years of comprehensive supply chain experience, including production planning, procurement, and project management.

Skills:
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP and OMP is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to influence without authority and manage key stakeholders effectively.
- Capacity to thrive in an empowered team environment and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, along with negotiation capabilities with affiliate markets.
