We are currently seeking candidates for our two-year rotational Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program (OSCLDP-EC). This program is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals eager to gain diverse experiences through short-term assignments across various locations.

  • Participants will receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and support from experienced leaders and alumni.
  • The program is tailored for both internal interns/co-ops and external entry-level candidates looking to enhance their careers within Raytheon Technologies.
  • Compensation for this role ranges from $52,000 to $124,000, influenced by factors such as experience, responsibilities, and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in rotational roles that may include Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and Sales Operations.
  • Participate in hands-on assignments to expand your skill set and business acumen.
  • Relocate to various locations to gain a broader understanding of the organization and develop leadership capabilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Willingness to relocate within the U.S.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, obtained within the specified timeframe.
  • Relevant internship or work experience.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
  • Proven leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
