Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SPS PoolCare. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Manage our filing systems, retrieve information from records, and prepare written summaries as needed.
  • Respond to administrative inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for our team members.
  • Maintain our office supplies and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with a strong understanding of clerical procedures and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Associate's degree required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
