Job Description

PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Support Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a Team of Customer Service Representatives: You will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and Implement Customer Service Strategies: You will work closely with our customer service team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage Customer Interactions: You will be responsible for managing customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure that our customers receive a seamless and integrated experience.
  • Monitor and Analyze Customer Feedback: You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Customer Service: You must have at least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: You must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
