Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with inquiries and order placements via phone.
  • Manage both internal and external communications related to online orders.
  • Respond to customer service inquiries through various platforms including Zendesk and LiveChat.
  • Provide information and support regarding ZAGG products.
  • Process return requests for exchanges and refunds.
  • Return customer calls as needed.
  • Engage in various assigned projects to enhance customer experience.
  • Availability to work from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Capability to compose clear and concise instructions.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience with various software applications.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
