We are currently seeking both Entry Level and Experienced Field Service Technicians. You will receive comprehensive training on the installation, maintenance, and servicing of semiconductor machinery within a manufacturing cleanroom environment. Travel may be necessary to support operations at different semiconductor facilities nationwide.

We are looking for meticulous individuals with a strong technical and mechanical background (e.g., experience with hand and power tools, machine repairs) who are eager to embark on a career path that offers significant growth and advancement opportunities.

On-the-job training will be provided.

This is a full-time role that includes a complete benefits package, encompassing medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site service and repair of semiconductor processing equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and clients to minimize equipment downtime.
  • Order and install necessary parts.
  • Respond to emergency service requests as needed.
  • Train customer operating technicians on system usage and maintenance.
  • Implement upgrades and modifications to equipment as necessary.
  • Stay updated on equipment and tools through training and relevant materials.
  • Uphold standards of conduct to maintain credentials for customer site access.

Compensation:
  • Entry Level: $28.00/hr to $30.00/hr
  • FSE 1: $30.00/hr to $31.50/hr
  • FSE 2: $31.50/hr to $33.00/hr
  • FSE 3: $33.00/hr to $35.00/hr
  • FSE 4: $36.00/hr plus DOE

Minimum Qualifications:
  • No prior experience required for entry-level candidates; relevant experience needed for other levels.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with tools are essential.
  • Understanding of technical issues related to maintenance and repair of equipment is required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • High professionalism and customer interaction skills are expected.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Job duties may involve working in confined spaces and at heights.
  • Manual dexterity and the ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds are necessary.
  • May require bending, stooping, crawling, or climbing.
  • Use of personal protective equipment and adherence to safety protocols is required when dealing with hazardous conditions.

Travel Requirements:

Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time for domestic or occasional international assignments is essential. Travel duration may vary, but candidates can expect to return home approximately every 6-8 weeks, depending on workload. Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Shifts will primarily be during the day, but flexibility to accommodate customer demands is a significant advantage.


Educational Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Military experience in a relevant technical role may substitute for formal education.
