Job Description
Withum, a forward-thinking technology-driven advisory and accounting firm, seeks an exceptional professional to build out and lead a CP Services Practice with an emphasis on Food & Beverage within the New York City area. As a strategic and tactical leader, you will contribute to the local and national go-to-market strategy of the group. Your responsibilities will include developing the local team, executing on strategy, representing the Firm's brand in local markets, overseeing quality of practice, and integrating the local team into the national group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with local office, region, industry, and national leadership for successful NYC market penetration.
  • Identify and lead a coordinated, cross-functional team to pursue CP growth opportunities within the NYC marketplace.
  • Develop and deploy best-of-breed business development and relationship management practices.
  • Manage time, multitask, and meet deadlines for yourself and your firm team members.

Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from an accredited institution is required. An MBA is a plus. Experience with Food & Beverage multi-unit stores is preferred. Tax experience is also a plus. A partner/senior manager from a top 50 CPA firm is a plus. You must be able to define market opportunities, create a strategic plan, process, and deployment capabilities. Strong verbal, writing, and presentation skills are essential. Creative problem-solving and conflict resolution are also required. Outstanding relationship management skills and personal networking skills are essential. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience.
