About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Development Advisor to join our team at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in executing our Learning and Organizational Development strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement interventions to support talent management, organizational effectiveness, performance improvement, and leadership development.
  • Design and deliver training programs, individual and team assessments, coaching, teambuilding, and performance development initiatives.
  • Implement learning technology interventions to support our organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external partners to advance our talent development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's/PhD preferred).
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Development or Learning and Development.
  • Experience in program management, instructional design, surveys, coaching, and workforce planning.
  • Experience working on implementation of new and existing content on Learning Management Systems.
  • Ability to effectively find and validate information from various internal and external sources.
  • Proven performance in earlier roles.
Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role is $70,720 - $126,880 per year.
