- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and clients at all levels, both in-person and over the phone.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling the building and maintenance of strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- A willingness to adapt to evolving market conditions and client needs.
