Qualifications and Experience

Education

Preferred: Master's degree in human resources or a related discipline.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.

Experience

Minimum: 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Licensure, Registration, Certification

Preferred: PHR certification.

Special Skills

Preferred: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.

Minimum: Advanced computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
