Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Key Responsibilities- Identify and recruit candidates through various platforms, including databases and social media.
- Review resumes and job applications to screen candidates.
- Conduct interviews utilizing various reliable recruitment and selection techniques to evaluate candidates within the given timeframe.
- Evaluate applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure full integration into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact and foster influential relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Recruit for a variety of positions from multiple sources.
- Utilize the applicant tracking system to source and maintain resumes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer service is essential.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting is required.
- Previous sales experience or volunteer work is advantageous.
- Polite and courteous telephone demeanor.
- Flexibility in working hours is necessary.
- Ability to exercise diplomacy in all aspects of the role.
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Capability to manage personal information with utmost confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient multitasking skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in PC skills, including Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and Internet Explorer.
