We are excited to announce an opening for a Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily based in our office and includes opportunities for remote work. Please note that this position is part of our Sales Operations Team and is not an HR function. You will play a vital role in sourcing qualified healthcare professionals to provide care for families with medically fragile children.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position can reach up to $55,000, along with quarterly performance-based bonuses. Comprehensive benefits will be available starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

We provide a clear pathway for promotion from Associate Recruiter to Talent Manager and beyond. While prior experience is beneficial, we prioritize the right attitude and a strong work ethic. Key responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and recruiting healthcare professionals through extensive phone outreach and online prospecting.
  • Building a robust pipeline of candidates within tight deadlines.
  • Managing the full recruitment process, from initial screening to field management.
  • Utilizing major job boards, social media platforms, and referrals to attract top talent.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and job seekers.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly over the phone.
  • A strong sense of urgency in completing tasks and a willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
