Job Title: Change Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Manager to join our team at Murphy & Associates, Inc. in the Greater Seattle Area. As a Change Manager, you will play a critical role in leading organizational change initiatives and driving business transformation.

Job Summary:

The Change Manager will be responsible for leading change management efforts across the organization, including assessing business needs, developing change management strategies, and implementing change initiatives. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management efforts across the organization, including assessing business needs and developing change management strategies
  • Develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, and metrics for measuring success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize change initiatives
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to develop and implement change management plans, including communication plans, training plans, and metrics for measuring success
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools, such as ADKAR or Prosci
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
