Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Federal Government Change Management Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to lead business development efforts and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute strategies to engage with government agencies and officials, driving business growth and development.
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the public sector, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead Business Development: Lead business development efforts to secure government contracts, leveraging expertise in sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Data Management: Utilize Salesforce or similar software for efficient data management, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Strategic Planning: Conduct strategic planning to align government initiatives with organizational objectives, driving business success.
  • Project Management: Oversee project management activities related to government projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with government entities, leveraging expertise in negotiation and contract management.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting government operations, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Master of Business Administration or similar degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development within the government sector, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with government agencies.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software, as well as knowledge of market dynamics impacting government operations.
