About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technical Program Manager to lead our cloud-based projects from inception to completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business concepts into a program roadmap, ensuring timely delivery, and managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Management: Develop and execute program plans, including delivery milestones, technical integrations, and resource estimations.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure successful project delivery, balancing business needs with technical constraints.
  • Communication: Foster strong relationships with business, operations, IT, product management, and external vendor teams, presenting program status effectively.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, advising stakeholders on possible alternatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of program management experience, including coordination with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and consulting partners.
  • Cloud Services: Proven track record of delivering complex technology services in the Cloud, with experience in Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project tracking abilities, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to build productive working relationships and influence teams, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
