Position Overview:
As a senior Program Manager and National Account Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in overseeing and directing assigned programs, projects, and initiatives within the Department of the Army.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exercise comprehensive management and operational oversight of intricate Military Construction Programs.
- Analyze reports and construction program data, conducting thorough reviews to provide actionable recommendations and identify solutions to engineering and design challenges.
- Offer expert technical guidance to divisions and districts regarding program execution metrics and project management.
- Administer project funds, develop spending plans, and issue directives related to design and construction, while allocating military construction resources effectively.

Policy Interpretation:
- Provide authoritative insights on organizational policies concerning military construction programs.
- Review and assess program execution plans and reprogramming actions for cost and schedule feasibility.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must meet specific employment authority categories to be eligible for this position. Experience in managing construction programs and projects is essential.

Specialized Experience:
To qualify, candidates should possess at least one year of specialized experience, which includes:
1) Managing construction programs and projects effectively.
2) Developing standardized procedures for project and fund management.
3) Creating and submitting budgets for design and construction initiatives.
4) Reviewing program execution plans for compliance with policies and procedures.
5) Engaging with agency officials and contractors to address management concerns related to planning and funding.
