Job Overview:

This position reports directly to the National Director of Government Sales. The primary responsibility is to secure accounts identified by the Inside Sales team through product demonstrations and negotiations, prior to transitioning to Inside Sales for ongoing account management. Additionally, the role involves expanding the sales footprint within the designated region through provider engagement and territory growth.

Context:
Planning for "cluster calls" at various facilities requires 4 to 6 weeks of advance preparation, focusing on product demonstrations and account closures at both customer and provider levels. Attendance at industry-specific events, such as conferences, trade shows, sponsorships, and special events, is also necessary.

Experience:
A background in clinical settings, particularly in Nursing or Physical Therapy, is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience, particularly within the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, targeting DME sales in areas such as Physical Rehabilitation, Physical Therapy, Orthopedics, Chiropractic, and Pain Management.
A background in Physical Therapy, Clinical (RN/BSN), Biomedical, or Emergency Services is advantageous.
