Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver materials to machine operators efficiently.
- Ensure a safe working environment while adhering to production and quality standards.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of machine operating procedures.
- Conduct all necessary quality checks and follow established quality protocols.
- Adhere to safety regulations and departmental procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, including assisting with sweeping duties.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
- Basic proficiency in English and fundamental math skills are essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and scrapers.
- Physical capability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
- Able to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
