Job Title: Production Service Specialist

Job Summary:

The Production Service Specialist will report to the Director of Operations and Digital Solutions. This role is responsible for the production of systems, both hardware and software, as it relates to sales and contract needs. The Production Service Specialist will assist in the development of new technical solutions and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources, including acceptance, registration, and shipment of the same when required.
  • Plan and test systems, software, or products needed for tradeshows or other company events and document logistics properly.
  • Conduct system-level software testing and analysis, including establishing test benches, designing testing pipelines, and performing black-box testing.
  • Develop and maintain a superior knowledge of product line, product utilization, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Assemble and produce the product line per quality specifications and customer contract needs.
  • Plan and test for systems, software, or products needed for tradeshows or other company events and document logistics properly.
  • Ensure proper delivery and recovery of company hardware to/from tradeshows or other company events.
  • Maintain the company storage, lab, and HQ floor per FDA regulations defined in the company quality system.
  • Provide timely technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of all incident reports as a backup to the field service specialist.
  • Manage fixed assets related to logistics, documentation, and audit.
  • Occasionally backup the Field Service Specialist, including onsite system implementation.
  • Provide after-hours support on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of production or service experience.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/electrical field or equivalent certification.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Computer IT, software, and hardware installations.
  • MS Windows OS, macOS.
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining computer networks.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical competency in using infrastructure management tools.
