Boater's World Marine Centers is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to enhance our dealership functions. This multifaceted role focuses on overseeing inventory management, ensuring accurate product labeling, and coordinating product imagery for our online platform. The Sales Operations Coordinator will also collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager on promotional initiatives and provide essential administrative support to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Oversight:
- Manage the labeling and tagging of all merchandise, ensuring precision and uniformity.
- Keep current inventory records, monitoring new stock and sales trends.
- Perform regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Product Photography & Online Support:
- Capture high-resolution images of boats and products for the Boater's World website.
- Upload and categorize images using DealerSpike, ensuring correct linkage to product listings.
- Assist in maintaining product descriptions and availability on the website.
Marketing Support:
- Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, including the creation of promotional materials and social media content.
- Help coordinate dealership events, promotions, and various marketing activities.
Administrative Assistance:
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with various dealership tasks as necessary to ensure seamless operations across departments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or an associate degree is advantageous.
- Experience in sales support, inventory oversight, or retail is preferred.
- Basic photography skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with website content management and basic photo editing is beneficial.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position at Boater's World Marine Centers.
- Some weekend and holiday availability may be necessary, depending on dealership requirements.
Compensation:
- Hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00, based on experience.
