Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Foster strong, positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Continuously monitor all ongoing projects to verify the accuracy of information and adherence to timelines, while maintaining open lines of communication with customers and internal teams.
- Employ exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and adapt daily tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with clients and sales representatives to gather essential documentation for solar initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills
- Excellent communication abilities, including proficiency in call management systems, text messaging, and email correspondence.
- Capable of addressing customer concerns and achieving favorable resolutions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, and Document Management systems is preferred.
