Position Overview

Join Trinity Solar as a Marketing Operations Specialist, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of our Marketing Team. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the Marketing Team, ensuring smooth execution of various campaigns.
  • Project Management: Set up and oversee marketing projects using departmental planning tools.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Apply your understanding of digital marketing and media to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collateral Management: Manage the procurement and distribution of branded materials.
  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications for the Marketing Team.
  • Marketing Automation: Support and learn best practices for marketing automation software.
  • Email Campaigns: Gain insights into coordinating email nurture and drip campaigns.
  • Budget Maintenance: Keep the Marketing budget updated, including invoice tracking.
  • Data Analysis: Learn to utilize various data tools to present insights and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proactive and resourceful mindset, with a strong ability to collaborate.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a marketing environment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing administration, from planning through execution and tracking.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in creating project documentation and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Planner, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is advantageous.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including social media and paid media strategies.
