Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Product Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Accessories, Tires, and Lifestyle division by facilitating the upload of product details from various resources to our newly launched E-Commerce platform.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and data management
  • Strong command of American English for translation from UK English
  • Experience with diverse online media formats (e.g., tiff, jpeg)
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts and accessories
  • Prior experience in e-commerce and marketing
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and self-motivation
  • Partially remote work with initial training conducted onsite

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and organize product information from various sources to upload onto the new E-Commerce platform.
  • Conduct data entry and verify physical parts against online media and catalog drawings.
  • Validate quantities and physical characteristics of parts to support the e-commerce platform.
  • Prepare source data for entry by compiling and prioritizing information.
  • Review customer and account documents for accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Input parts and accessories data accurately, maintaining data integrity.
  • Verify entered data by reviewing and correcting any inaccuracies.
  • Address product-related issues in collaboration with the internal Aftersales Team.
  • Work closely with the Accessories, Tires, and Lifestyle division to ensure accurate product information across marketing materials and websites.
  • Research market trends and conduct competitive analysis of accessories from other markets.
  • Share insights with field teams to keep them informed about new and existing products.
  • Coordinate with Aftersales teams to document information on special editions.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding product or program-related questions.

Additional Information:
  • Seeking a senior-level candidate who can adapt quickly with minimal training.
  • BA degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
  • This role supports the Accessories, Tires, and Lifestyle team in product information management.
