Administrative Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative services and be able to provide exceptional support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records and information
- Plan and coordinate office facilities and operations
- Provide administrative support to senior management
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve internal collaboration
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including supply management and mail distribution
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative services or a related field
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
