Job Description:

At Bank of America, we are committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals through exceptional service and expertise. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our Financial Advisor team in developing and enhancing existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities include serving as a key point of contact for clients on non-administrative requests, supporting relationship management activities, and developing and implementing the team's client service model.

Job expectations include assisting with client meetings related to investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments to promote growth and acquisition.

This position requires SAFE Act registration, and employees must register and submit to the required background check and registration process.

Responsibilities:
  • Tracks client actions and activities to ensure high-level client service
  • Attends client review meetings to assist with relationship deepening conversations
  • Executes the team service model, including engaging with specialists to address client needs
  • Manages aspects of the client relationship process, including client onboarding and resolving escalations
  • Assists the Financial Advisor team in developing and monitoring the team's client book segmentation strategy
Required Qualifications:
  • Either Series 7 and 66 licenses or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses
  • SAFE ACT Registration
  • Individuals in this role must maintain a Form ADV-2B
  • Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm-approved designation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
