Job Description

As a Development Coordinator/Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, verifying payment requests, coordinating draw documents, auditing and updating budgets, and ensuring compliance with contracts. This role requires strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks and proactively address the needs of multiple managers with enthusiasm and initiative. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of administrative support experience for senior-level professionals, ideally in real estate, accounting, construction, project management, or a related area. Familiarity with Timberline and/or Yardi accounting software is a plus.
