Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee our benefits and leave administration practices. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with complex regulations and laws, managing leave and benefits programs, and providing exceptional HR services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee leave management and ensure compliance with regulations and policies, including FMLA, PFML, and Mass sick leave.
  • Manage and administer benefits programs, including ACA and 403B eligibility monitoring.
  • Develop and implement effective benefits and leave practices, ensuring alignment with our strategic priorities and budget.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws related to benefits, ERISA, COBRA, ACA, HIPAA, FMLA/PFML, and WC Law.
  • Collaborate with our internal experts to offer excellent ongoing wellness opportunities.
  • Contribute to other relevant programs and projects as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a non-profit environment.
  • Human Resources certification and experience with HRIS, payroll, or benefits administration systems/platforms are a plus.
