Administrative Assistant Opportunity in Greater Boston Area

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at a prestigious cardiology practice in the Greater Boston Area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support practice operations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
  • Utilize advanced technology, including EMRs, to streamline administrative tasks and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computing, typing, and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Facility with Windows, MS-Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
