Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Territory Sales Specialist to manage the Southern Idaho region, focusing on expanding our customer base and enhancing existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new customers and market opportunities.
- Create hydraulic and electrical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of our products and their applications.
- Engage in 15% overnight travel as required.
- Collaborate with the Berendsen support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage projects and time effectively.
- Assist in system start-up and troubleshooting.
- Provide hydraulic and electrical schematics with support from Berendsen engineering.
- Maintain detailed customer reports on a monthly basis.
- Offer pricing for developed systems in accordance with Berendsen guidelines.
- Operate from a home office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an Associate’s Degree in Fluid Power or a related technical field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in a technical field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- A results-driven mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Plus 1 Guide.
- Background in fluid power and electrical controls.
- Proficiency in AutoCad LT, CAD Software, and schematic design software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will report to the Field Sales Manager and collaborate closely with the support team and vendors. A self-starter with a passion for providing solutions to customers is essential.
