As the Enterprise Imaging Sales Specialist, you will take charge of promoting our comprehensive Imaging Informatics Portfolio, which includes Enterprise, Radiology PACS, Cardiology PACS, and 3D AV solutions, to new Health Systems within your designated region. Your role will involve guiding the sales team to align with and exceed customer expectations throughout the sales journey.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough research on targeted accounts in your region to gain insights into their business challenges, key performance indicators, objectives, and growth strategies, enabling you to formulate a tailored Philips strategy for each account.
  • Collaborating with your team, including the District Sales VP, Account Executive (if applicable), and Specialists, to develop a comprehensive account strategy for each client in your territory.
  • Effectively presenting our Philips Health Informatics strategy, while building, nurturing, and leveraging relationships within your targeted accounts to uncover and drive new business opportunities.
  • Establishing yourself as a Trusted Advisor within key accounts by offering valuable insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and healthcare legislation to support these accounts in achieving their objectives.
  • Identifying a robust pipeline of growth potential by analyzing competitive replacement opportunities, account standardization initiatives, current contracts, and understanding the needs and strategies of targeted accounts, while leveraging our existing solutions and executing a strategic plan to expand Philips Imaging Informatics (EI) presence.

You're an ideal candidate if you possess:

  • A minimum of a four-year college degree and over 5 years of Field Sales experience in Hospital/IDN environments, particularly engaging with C-level executives.
  • A strong grasp of the Enterprise Imaging Informatics (HIT) market, including trends and value-based healthcare developments.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of customer follow-up, along with experience in selling a diverse range of IT solutions, ideally within the Enterprise Imaging Informatics sector.
  • Effective leadership experience in guiding account teams and influencing without direct authority.
  • A background in navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
  • The ability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for this Sales position, with or without accommodation.
