About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Cloud Business Development Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the US Army and Department of Defense (DoD) markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the US Army and DoD markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior military and civilian leaders, to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver compelling value propositions to customers, highlighting the benefits of Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud computing solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
  • Experience driving new business in greenfield accounts at the C-suite level or equivalent.
