About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our software development teams and drive the delivery of high-quality features for our clients. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and manage software development teams, facilitating communication and empowering team members to achieve their best.
    • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of software projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and operational best practices for building and maintaining highly available and scalable applications.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work effectively with teams in different geographical locations to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and upper management, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 11+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services, banking, or FinTech.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and operational best practices for building and maintaining highly available and scalable applications.
  • Experience with Java, C#, Web Frameworks, JavaScript, and container-based technologies.
  • Experience with different database technologies (SQL and No-SQL) and analytic techniques, including process and data modeling.
