We are currently seeking a Universal Banker to enhance our retail operations. This position is vital to our team, as it involves engaging with clients and nurturing lasting relationships that foster customer loyalty, recommending suitable products based on their financial needs, and executing customer transactions efficiently. The successful candidate will collaborate, support, and cultivate strong relationships with bank clients, partners, and colleagues.

Core responsibilities of the position:
  • Provide customers with clear information on banking products, ensuring simplicity and understanding
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities, promote products and services, and collaborate with other departments to address financial needs
  • Establish and maintain customer contact through various communication methods
  • Process transactions accurately and manage cash drawer effectively
  • Minimize risk for both customers and the bank by adhering to internal controls, banking regulations, operational procedures, and audit requirements
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required
  • At least 1 year of experience in a bank teller role required
  • Successful completion of a credit check required
  • Proficiency in large server-based applications and standard desktop software required
Work Schedule:

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
