Remote Legal Intake Specialist Opportunity

At Atlanta Personal Injury Law Group, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our intake team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with prospective clients, gathering essential information, and facilitating the onboarding process for new cases.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to incoming calls from potential new clients in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Collect and document critical information during initial contact
  • Coordinate with attorneys to determine case acceptance and schedule necessary investigations
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Retrieve and send relevant documentation for new client onboarding
Requirements:
  • Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus
  • Previous legal experience is beneficial
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Strong computer and data entry skills are required
  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
