Lead Large-Scale Projects and Drive Business Growth

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex analysis and executing initiatives on a global basis. This includes acquisitions, divestitures, and other Network Design/Footprint Execution activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in managing and executing programs/projects from start to finish.
  • Contribute to all phases of the project, including originating ideas, due diligence coordination, valuation, structuring, negotiation, and closing the transaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Partner with legal counsel to review and negotiate transaction documents.
  • Develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
Requirements:
  • Meaningful M&A and/or Divestiture transaction experience.
  • Hands-on experience in prospecting opportunities, deal structuring, managing due diligence, and negotiating transaction terms.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Strong process and problem-solving skills to organize complex challenges and implement governance and structure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive and effective interactions and working relationships at all levels.
