Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients, intake managers, and legal support team members to ensure seamless case management
  • Process and manage intake documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge, sharing insights with colleagues and clients
  • Collaborate with sales leads to drive new business and growth opportunities
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar legal intake roles, sales, or call center environments
  • Strong sales knowledge and ability to sign on new clients
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with fluency required
  • CRM/CMS experience and excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
