We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at BHIRED. This role involves both outside sales and handling incoming leads, with a focus on business-to-business (B2B) sales in the coffee industry.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a passion for coffee, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Handle both outside sales and incoming leads for coffee products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling.
  • Presentation and demonstration of products to potential clients, highlighting key benefits.
  • Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the coffee or related industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Ability to handle both outside sales and manage incoming leads.
  • A passion for coffee is a huge plus.

Salary: $50k/Year + Commission
