Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

Edge Auto Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This role will focus on expanding our client base, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and delivering innovative sales strategies that fuel our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to ensure team members meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Operations to optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted drip campaigns and ensure effective follow-up.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, analyzing performance metrics and suggesting actionable improvements.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with large customers, expanding our client base.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and develop customer retention strategies.
  • Partner with Studio and Corporate division heads to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proven success in sales management and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Experience in building and training a sales team from scratch, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and comfortable with data management.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
