Position Overview: The ideal candidate will oversee critical components of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) Program Launch, including the development of PACE Centers and the coordination of all associated deliverables. By leveraging robust Project Management expertise, this role will engage with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved across multiple initiatives, aligning with the organizational objective of successful project execution and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and buildout of facilities, including Construction, IT infrastructure for the Center, and Transportation, adhering to current PACE regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables across business functional areas.
  • Generate regular status reports for each project and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, timelines, activities, and milestones while assessing resource constraints and planning accordingly.
  • Oversee comprehensive requirements gathering and documentation processes.
  • Monitor risks and issues, maintaining logs of actions and decisions.
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and secure necessary approvals from sponsors.
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to team members, sponsors, and leadership.
  • Serve as the primary contact for vendors, including contractors, and monitor project expenditures against budget.
  • Ensure that contract negotiations adhere to established project management standards.
  • Advocate for essential resources to support key initiatives that align with the organizational strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across diverse knowledge domains.

Supporting Responsibilities:

  • Meet departmental and organizational performance and attendance standards.
  • Adhere to the company’s privacy policy and comply with HIPAA regulations regarding the confidentiality and security of protected health information.
  • Exhibit a customer service orientation and a commitment to fostering positive and productive working relationships.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Success Profile:

Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years in program or project management, with experience in managing multiple projects. Experience in health-related fields and complex construction projects is preferred.

Education, Certificates, Licenses: A Bachelor’s degree is required. An advanced degree and/or Project Management Certification (PMP) is strongly preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with change management processes.
  • Extensive understanding of industry standards, policies, and processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and staff requirements.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques and standards.
  • Responsible for accurate documentation of issues.
  • Engage in broad assignments requiring creativity and independent decision-making.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and security of member health records.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize problems while managing workload independently.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, process improvement, and project management are essential.
  • Basic math skills are required, including percentages, ratios, graphing, and spreadsheet proficiency.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers, vendors, and consultants.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000 - $90,000.00 per year
