The Territory Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the reach of Carolina West Wireless' Clearstream offerings. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities through direct sales, community events, partnerships, and networking.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with local enterprises, educational institutions, real estate professionals, developers, and influential municipal decision-makers.
  • Leverage mapping technologies and online research to pinpoint strategic target areas.
  • Conduct surveys or canvassing in selected neighborhoods to gauge interest in new Internet Service Provider (ISP) options.
  • Travel within the designated sales region to engage with potential clients and existing customers.
  • Showcase products and services to prospective clients.
  • Assess customer requirements, identify challenges, and propose technological solutions that address their needs.
  • Actively seek out and engage in various community events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales objectives.
  • Educate clients about the innovative solutions offered by Clearstream.
  • Comprehend customer needs and assist in crafting solutions across connected home technologies, OTT video, VoIP, WiFi, cloud services, security, mobility, and home services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Service to enhance product offerings and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Refine internal processes to improve efficiency in time management and client relations.
  • Monitor progress and provide detailed reports to relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in external sales.
  • Proven track record of engaging in community events that enhance brand awareness and contribute to sales growth.
  • Experience in technology sales and/or home solutions is preferred.
  • Interest and understanding of technology products and services.
  • Basic knowledge of wireless, landline, and telecommunications preferred.
  • Strong skills in prospecting, sales, and negotiation.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive, authentic, solution-oriented team player with a good sense of humor.
  • Excellent relationship-building, listening, and selling skills to develop creative solutions for client challenges.
