About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Sales team at ARC Document Solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize various techniques to identify and qualify potential clients, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver customized proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of ARC Document Solutions.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to inform sales strategies, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with potential clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Driven and Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales-related tools.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the printing and document management industry, with knowledge of large and small format printing, as well as managed print services.
