Position Overview: The Senior Business Analyst is tasked with spearheading the assessment, analysis, and design of technology-driven business solutions aimed at addressing intricate business challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and champion opportunities for process optimization and system advancements.
  • Lead the team in crafting functional and technical specifications that delineate system requirements and illustrate how systems will fulfill business objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of system configurations and options.
  • Supervise the planning and execution of testing to ensure that new or modified systems align with business needs.
  • Exhibit proficiency in software development lifecycle methodologies and possess a robust understanding of system testing and quality assurance principles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in database management, SQL, web development technologies, and packaged software applications.
  • Guide the team in process modeling and requirements gathering, leveraging technical acumen to assess third-party solutions or technologies that enhance business processes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and currency of system documentation, including process diagrams, data dictionaries, user manuals, and training materials.
