Senior Customer Support Specialist Overview

  • Engage in diverse store functions such as customer interaction, sales transactions, inventory management, and upkeep of the store environment.
  • Assume the role of Manager on Duty during periods of leadership absence.
  • Enhance store performance by guiding and motivating team members on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers to ensure exceptional service experiences.
  • Accurately handle transactions using point-of-sale systems.
  • Contribute to the flow of merchandise and operations within the furniture department.
  • Uphold the store's appearance and hygiene standards.
  • Provide leadership as Manager on Duty, focusing on customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Experience in retail leadership is highly desirable.
  • Strong skills in decision-making and interpersonal communication.
  • Physical capability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform various physical tasks.
  • Availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Basic proficiency in English, mathematics, and computer operations.
