Overview:
The Retail Customer Support Specialist at La Lomita is tasked with delivering exceptional service, ensuring a tidy and welcoming atmosphere, restocking and displaying merchandise, and managing the cash register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver courteous and professional assistance to customers, suppliers, and fellow team members
- Manage cash register operations and perform basic arithmetic tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulations regarding Alcohol, Tobacco, and Lottery sales
- Verify customer age for restricted products
- Engage in restocking items and promotional activities

Qualifications:
- Experience with cash handling and financial transactions
- Background in Convenience Store or food service settings
- Basic computer skills
- Possession of a valid Alcohol Beverage Commission card for alcohol sales
